Marina Meiri designs her rosaries in the Holy Land, pairing beaded strands with a crucifix and a centerpiece chosen for its meaning. Some carry water from the Jordan River, where Jesus was baptized, set into the centerpiece. Others are marked at each decade by Jerusalem Cross medallions, or centered on the Virgin Mary or the Sacred Heart. Beads range from black and multicolor wood to glass in clear and colored tones.
